Employment lawyer - Bangalore Startup

I am a startup based in delhi hiring for hybrid to then full in house, work position in bangalore and I am seeking the assistance of an employment lawyer. we need a product manager contract drawn up.
6 months probation
get the person to have equity etc, all to be discussed in 6 months time,
bonuses etc to be discussed in 1 year, and revisions prior or later.
We need to get this contract buzzing and make sure they are able to take charge in our startup and be accountable.
Specific Legal Issues:
- I require help with employment contracts, including specific terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Employment Contracts:
- I need non-disclosure agreements to be included in the employment contracts.
Number of Employment Contracts:
- I need assistance with 1-5 employment contracts.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in employment law and contract drafting.
- Familiarity with non-disclosure agreements and employment contract terms.
- Knowledge of startup and technology industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
