EPA & States Registration
We want to produce, in the State of Hawaii and the State of Texas, a fungicide and miticide for plants. What is the procedure to do this?
Do we need a “pesticide facility establishment” registration?
We also need to acquire and EPA Establishment number and apply to register this product as a fungicide and a miticide. What would it need to
be registered for to use as a disinfectant and more for hospitals, hotels and such?
Do we need a “pesticide facility establishment” registration?
There is an EPA fee waiver if the crop the product is to be used on has less than 300,00
acres under cultivation. Do you know how to process this waiver?
For the EPA, do we need lab tests/reports for the product we produce?
The EPA already recognizes the product. It has an EPA registration number.
