Durban Attorney defense for Prescribed Provident Claim

My client needs an attorney to defend him against a claim for unpaid provident funds which are more than 3 years old. We plan on raising prescription as a defense and need an attorney with experience in defending such matters.

The case is already set down for Arbitration. We have gathered all the facts and have indeed determined that the amounts claimed are prescribed.
