Houston Contract Discovery Paralegal

The paralegal must be able to assist the attorney in a case by drafting the appropriate Discovery requests to be sent to the opposing party. The paralegal will take responsibility for calendaring the due dates associated with the outgoing discovery request on their own and the attorney’s calendar.

We are looking for a paralegal in HOUSTON who can do discovery for a criminal law firm. The paralegal must have experience with doing Discovery. We usually have a busy docket and go to trial often.
