Directors and Managment Company inefficient

A block of 34 flats. Directors not effective. will not meet shareholder despite potential savings. keeps referring to Managment Co, Directors resigned at AGM. but MC refusing to register at Co House.Managment company together with directors practiced an illegal two tier service charge for 5-6 years. I challenged lots of emails exchanges, untruths from Management Co, Eventually relented when threatened with legal. Both have never provided any information or doucmentation requested. Director refers to Managment Co who in turn always gives evasive answers. Have lots of email exchanges record
