Director/Personal Guarantee
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
My business has gone into liquidation and have a lease agreement for my company car.
The lease company say I signed a personal guarantee - but looking at my contract I'm not sure whether I have or not.
I need someone to look over the contract and advise me accordingly.
The lease Company want to collect the car and then charge me for the outstanding contract plus legals , plus marketing plus plus etc.
I could as guarantor pay the arrears and renegotiate the lease, but the lease Company do not want to do that.
On the other hand if I am not the legal guarantor then they should not be coming after me personally for the default.
