Leticia Spalding, the paralegal who wrote the emergency order to show cause, confirmed the "Emergency Order to Show Cause" was filed. FedExed the OSC to Orange County Courthouse. (Improper procedure- court is opened OSC needs to be walked in)

Brandon Dei, from the law office of Ronald Weiss, informed me that "FedEx" denied their mailing of their OSC to the Court.

On the eve of the foreclosure auction, February 16th, 2022, at 8:17 P.M. was stopped.

I confidently signed a binding contract to retain attorney Ronald Weiss to represent me. To file an OSC in a wrongful foreclosure action, tainted by identity theft and fraud.
Identity theft and mortgage fraud are already substantiated. Investigated and acknowledged by the US Federal Agency. In addition to the Credit Bureaus separate internal investigation,
The law firm of Ronald's Wiess owed me a fiduciary duty. All lawyers are fiduciaries, which is to say they owe clients fiduciary duties. A fiduciary duty is the duty of an agent to treat his principal with the utmost candor, rectitude, care, loyalty, and good faith--in fact, to treat the principal as well as the agent would treat himself.
The actions taken by the law firm of Ronald Weiss violated my interests and were counterproductive, raising my case to an unnecessary "Emergency" status.
The unreasonable 10-month failure to take action did cause needless anxiety and undermined confidence in the lawyer's trustworthiness.
The negligent actions of the Ronald Weiss Law Firm necessitated me having to hire a new law firm 72 hours before the auction of my home. The juxtaposition of law firms was evident.
New Counsel, Mr. Patrick Binakis proved to be exceptionally competent in reviewing my file, effectively filling by walking in an "Emergency Order to Show Cause" the judge signed.
On the eve of the foreclosure auction, February 16th, 2022, at 8:17 P.M. was stopped.
The Law Firm's actions resulted in me filing an unnecessary "emergency" bankruptcy.
This unnecessary action has destroyed my credit and will be a mark against me for years to come.
I am demanding an immediate refund of $7,500 for the breach of fiduciary duty owed to me and for failure to prepare and file an "order to show cause" as contractually agreed to in my underlying Foreclosure action.
