I'm seeking an experienced legal professional who can assist in drafting a demand letter for my ongoing federal lawsuit. The primary aim of this letter is to facilitate settlement negotiations. i have already sent in a first demand via their foreclosure attorney. They have had more than 45 days to consider the demand and offer a counter offer or whatever they wanted to do. Instead their attorney advised me that they have decided to handle it in house since my damages were so much. However they did not give a contact name or number and no one i talked to knows anything about the legal case nor how to get in touch with their legal department.
