Delay the sale of my house in Foreclosure

I bought this house from a Seller( Alba Morales) , who was Sales Agent and told me in writing if any Foreclosure would come up within three years of closing, then she would take the deed back of the house and return my $60,000. But she did not after Bank filed F/Closure within a year or so. I took her in Broward Court and just recently won the Judgement of $ 60K but she is in town but hiding. However Judge in F/Closure case gave me till August 3, 2022 for final sale. I need another 120 days to collect from my Civil Judgement from Alba Morales. I need a Para-legal help to file extension docs, as I am 68 Y O and cant afford an attorney but glad to pay for Para-Legal.
