DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

I am looking for legal help with a civil case, requiring both legal writing and legal advice. I need someone to provide professional and quality service for this project, and the desired timeline is 3-4 weeks. I expect the highest level of excellence, so the ideal freelancer should have extensive experience in this field. They should be highly knowledgeable, both in terms of legal writing as well as providing legal advice.
This is to be filed with the Southern District Court of West Virginia.
In addition to the motion for a default judgment there is a supporting memorandum, which is actually the more difficult part!
I can and will provide a lot of the references for inclusion, however. I am well versed on the citations to be incorporated.
