Cyprus Lawyer for Small Claims Filing
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are a structured and professional claim management organization seeking a reliable legal partner in Cyprus, with the potential for regular work and long-term collaboration. We are seeking a Cyprus-based lawyer, duly registered with the Cyprus Bar Association, to assist us in filing and managing a small claim in Cyprus courts. The initial case involves a claim amount below €3,000, and we are looking to establish a long-term collaboration, with several similar claims expected in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
A.Review case documentation and assess claim viability.
B.File the claim in the appropriate Cyprus court.
C.Represent our company in all procedural steps related to the case.
D.Communicate updates clearly and promptly.
E.Collaborate with us on subsequent claims, if the initial cooperation is successful.
Requirements:
A.Must be a licensed lawyer and active member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
B.Demonstrated experience with small claims or civil litigation in Cyprus.
C.Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
D.Ability to work independently and with integrity.
Compensation:
->Fixed fee for the initial claim filing (to be agreed upon based on scope).
->We will cover all court filing fees and official costs.
->Opportunity for ongoing paid work on a case-by-case basis.
