Customized Loan Agreement for Thailand
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help creating a custom loan agreement. This agreement must be primarily in English but suitable for use in Thailand. While the document does not need to be translated into Thai, it should be compliant with local Thai law.
Key components of the agreement:
- Interest rate clause
- Annual repayment of loan at 10% of each year's capital and at end of year 5 repayment of capital
Plus the removal of management fees on both Ardan and RL360 accounts also
While drafting experience would be beneficial, a deep understanding of lending law, particularly as it applies in Thailand, is necessary for this project. I'm expecting the work to be thorough, professional and legally sound. Clear communication skills in English are a must too, as we will be discussing complex, technical requirements.
