My names are Justine Philips from Seqirus CSL. We hiring 25 Contact Representatives to provide technical assistance to individuals and businesses. This includes both general customer service as well as collections positions, with full time, part time, seasonal, and permanent opportunities available.
Contact Representatives, commonly referred to as Customer Service Representatives, assist taxpayers with a variety of matters relating to the filing and payment of their taxes, including: providing tax law guidance, helping taxpayers understand notices, providing status updates for refunds, performing credit transfers, making adjustments to taxpayer accounts, initiating liens/levies, reviewing financial statement, determining ability to pay, and establishing payment arrangements.

Pay: $35,265.00 - $55,925.00 per year
