Crypto/Payment freelancer lawyer
Budget: $30 – $60 SGD
Triple-A is looking for a crypto/payment freelancer lawyer to help with an ongoing relationship. We need assistance with contract review and drafting, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance, all specific to our service agreement. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in crypto/payment law. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and attention to detail who can provide timely and quality advice. The successful applicant must also possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Triple-A, Singapore HQ fully regulated by MAS. Mainly interacting with the commercial team, merchants & financial partner to draft, review commercial agreement. Can also get involved in more advance topic such as Compliance & Regulation from time to time.
Also involved in assisting product teams in shaping new (financial) products and adapt legal documents accordingly.
Triple-A is a 3 years old start up with no in-house legal department at this stage.
Experience in the Crypto &/or Payment industry is required.
The contract would be retention contract for an indefinite period. Around 4h to 8h a week.
