Criminal Conviction Appeal Assistance Needed

I require comprehensive assistance to appeal my misdemeanor criminal conviction by filing a well written strong and informative motion for appropriate relief based on (1) newly discovered evidence, (2) ineffective assistance of counsel, (3) violations of due process per the 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, (4) prosecutorial violations for failing to provide evidence; Brady v Maryland and (5) clear and precise perjury by the state's prosecuting witness which ultimately impacted the outcome of the trial. For this motion, I need someone highly competent, knowledgeable and diverse with an understanding of legal research, North Carolina and case law, writing, drafting, formatting, best strategy/approach along with reviewing existing documents and evidence.

I already have a lot of the information written; however, I need someone to take over as its becoming draining. I am willing to provide up to $40 an hour, but this will require at least one skype/video communication between us upon agreement.
