Creating a SAAS legal agreement (Canberra, Australia Jurisdiction)

We have a potential customer who is willing to sign with us but require a sophisticated SAAS agreement for their IT team to approve. We already have a draft version which references to some external general contract conditions (we have done the bulk of the work, but just need a legal expert to do the finishing touches and make sure the agreement is equally balanced in favour of both parties)

However, our draft agreement refer to the QLD,Australia jurisdiction. Can you assist in translating this agreement so it applies to the ACT, Australia jurisdiction?
