Create two UK legal documents for me - Terms and Conditions, and content waiver

Hi there! I have two legal documents I need created for my company. Please can you help me create these.
1st Document - Terms and conditions (Call booking)
I run a UK Limited company (Saastronomical Ltd) and consultancy, and I want to record the consultancy calls and use them as content. I want people to agree to the terms and conditions ahead of the call, giving me the rights in perpetuity to use and reuse the content on Youtube, Twitch, Loom, LinkedIn, facebook and any other video platforms (without limitation). The content created can be used in marketing materials in perpetuity and the work created as well as their image, voice and solution details will be used by my company as part of my content creation. It's important that the customer understands that they are accessing a discounted rate by agreeing to these terms.
It's important that i can use all of the following in these videos
client's name
client's company name
Details of the work that was created
Full content of call including screen share
Their image and likeness if they choose to share this (They can opt to not show their camera though)
Any media associated with the call
It's important too that it's understood that the work that I create for them belongs to me and I can share and even sell templates of the work.
It's important that I'm covered for any eventuality and not liable for any defamation or damage caused by the publication of such material
I'm sure there will be some kind of precedent set for this, so I'm hoping that you have some kind of boilerplate that I can use to ensure that I am covered for use of any and all content created as part of the call. It's also important to flag that all efforts w
2nd document - Competition
I want to set up terms and conditions for a Twitter competition I am running for my website https://connectmysaas.com
The idea is that people will share their favourite automation, and every day, I will pick one person and depending on the number of shares were made that day using the hashtag #connectmysaas the prize is that amount, up to a maximum of $1000. So...
Rules for entering (also counts towards the prize):
Twitter account must be >6 months old
Number of twitter followers must be above 100
Only one entry per day per account
A minimum of 100 people must enter across the whole day for the competition to activate
If 300 people enter the prize is calculated per the above logic, so if 20 of those people don't meet the criterea, and 15 entries were by the same person the total prize for the dat will be $300-20-15 = $265
If 20,000 people enter, the prize is calculated per the above logic, but is capped at $1000 per the terms.
Otherwise I'd need general terms and conditions to cover me for any misinterpretation of the rules, and ultimately give me final say.
We need these terms to be pretty water-tight
I'd need a version of these terms for
A cash prize
A voucher prize
A single prize (e.g. a years subscription to a software app)
