Create a Term & Conditions, Privacy Policy for a UK Holiday Accommodation Business

Hi Freelancers,
I'm looking for someone with experience with writing Terms & Conditions documents as well as Privacy Policies.
This business is based in Wales, UK.
These documents will be hosted on the website of the Holiday Accommodation business. The business lets out Holiday Cottages and has a Motorhome/Caravan Touring Site for people who bring their own Motorhome or Caravan.
There Probably should be a separate section for the Touring Site as the Terms & Conditions will be quite different.
All items will need to be included under the terms and conditions, some examples would be bookings, payments, cleaning fee and changeover fee, pets, check in/check out, children, access restrictions, complaint procedure, data policy, guest policy, parking, vehicles & belongings, Noise, Security etc.
I will be able to flesh out a lot of the information for you and we can go through it together to make sure everything is covered, I'd be looking to you to word it correctly along with adding the necessary parts and any suggestions.
The privacy policy will need to talk about the basics but also cover the information we collect during booking through our website etc.
