Create a Service Level Agreement for a SaaS Product for our client

Our company has developed a Software + Hardware solution for a government entity in India and we are building service level agreement for them. We have listed down an extensive technical deliverables document but some legal, and other parts of agreement we are missing.

We need someone to collaborate (and on the way learn) on this SLA.
Timeline: as early as possible.
