Create Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for Web and Mobile Application
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a legal expert to create a comprehensive Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for my website and mobile app. The service is currently operated in Germany and will be expanded to other regions.
Project Requirements:
• Privacy Policy: Must cover data collection, usage, storage, and protection practices. Must comply with UAE laws, GDPR, and any other relevant regulations applicable in Germany.
• Terms of Service: Must outline the terms and conditions for using the website and app, including user responsibilities, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
Additional Information:
• The platform enables users to capture their location, input data, and take photos via the app.
• Employees’ data are recorded and managed within the system.
• Payments are processed through Stripe and credit cards, and the service operates on a subscription basis.
• All services are hosted securely on Microsoft Azure, which is located outside of Germany.
• The company is based in a Freezone in the UAE.
• The website uses WordPress for the landing page.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 is implemented on the website for security.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in drafting Privacy Policies and Terms of Service, preferably for tech companies.
• Knowledge of international data protection regulations, including GDPR.
• Understanding of UAE and German laws related to data privacy and electronic transactions.
