S-Corporation Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

I am a 70% shareholder in a S-corporation in Pittsburgh, PA with one additional partner at 30%. We recently had some significant cashflow issues this past summer and were unable to meet our payroll obligations. We have attempted to stall with some of these employees, but they are ratcheting up the pressure to get paid. We were recently involved in a major lawsuit in the US District Court in the case of Student Painters Inc. v. Student Painter Michigan LLC. We are Student Painters Inc. Our business operations have effectively been shut down. The outstanding obligations that are still out there: are about $5,000 in payroll and about $1,200 to our payroll processing company. We are unsure of what the best way to proceed is. There are no assets to the company's name. We are looking to avoid these few disgruntled employees from filing anything against myself or my partner personally and want to close out in the proper manner.
