Corporate Lawyer for Temporary Contract Assistance (Only from Dubai)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Corporate Lawyer to support us on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to handle a wide range of legal matters pertaining to corporate governance, M&A, compliance, and commercial contracts.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with corporate law in the UAE and familiarity with Dubai’s legal and regulatory framework.
Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, etc.
Drafting and negotiating corporate contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
Advise on compliance issues, regulatory matters, and corporate policies.
Assist with the structuring and execution of corporate transactions.
Ensure that corporate actions and decisions comply with UAE laws and regulations.
Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
Familiarity with DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) and UAE Commercial Laws is preferred.
Language Skills:
Proficient in English & Arabic (both written and spoken)
The expected duration of the temporary contract is 1-3 months.
