I am seeking a corporate lawyer to assist with the formation of a Private Limited Company in India and a Free Zone Company in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and services for the formation of a Private Limited Company in India.
- Assist with the setup of a Free Zone Company in UAE.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in both jurisdictions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate law, particularly in India and UAE.
- Familiarity with the process of setting up a Private Limited Company and a Free Zone Company.
- Excellent understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
