UK Commercial Lawyer - Law Firm Overflow Work (Contractor)
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We’re currently looking for corporate and commercial lawyers to join our team as independent contractors.
We have a platform that allows you to log in whenever you’d like and pick up available fixed-fee client projects you want to do.
You can choose when you work, the volume of jobs and the type of work you do. We’ll set you up with our online project management systems, automated invoicing system and workflow automations, so all you need to do is work with the end client to deliver their fixed-fee projects. You can work fully remotely from anywhere in the world – it’s all up to you!
This role is suited to anyone running their own legal practice or consultancy, and would like to partner with us to pick up additional projects flexibly.
Requirements:
- Be set up as your own law firm or legal consultancy with your own insurance
- Have experience across some of the areas of law that we service (see here).
Key Skills and Experience:
- Personable, with experience working directly with clients
- Tech-savvy, able to operate our technology platforms, and use tech tools that we build for all our lawyers to use
- Commercial or corporate law experience, particularly for small businesses and startups

- Commercial leasing
- Business sales
- Franchising
- Not for profit advice and set up
- Corporate transactions
