UK Corporate Compliance Law Partner 20%

I’m building a long-term collaboration with a UK-qualified law firm that can take the lead on corporate compliance and regulatory matters for our growing client base. The commercial model is simple: you retain 20 % of the legal fees on every project you handle for us, giving you a performance-based upside without the need for upfront marketing spend.

Typical matters include interpreting Companies Act obligations, advising on FCA and GDPR requirements, drafting compliance policies, and preparing all supporting paperwork for board approval or regulator submission. You’ll liaise directly with our in-house team, join client calls when specialist advice is required, and deliver clear, well-referenced written opinions or document packs on an agreed schedule.

Ideally you can demonstrate:

• Current authorisation to practise in England & Wales
• Proven track record handling corporate compliance audits, regulatory filings, and policy drafting
• Responsiveness that matches the pace of venture-backed companies and cross-border investors

All work can be done remotely, though occasional London meetings are welcome if you’re local. For each assignment we’ll scope the tasks, set milestones, and release payment based on the 20 % fee share once the client signs off on your deliverables.
