- I need someone to file C Corp in Texas state. You must get EIN,, Article of Incorporation, By Laws , Share/Partnership Agreement (we are two and one of us will be 49% owner)
- I need modified by laws/share agreement or partnership agreement to protect interest of 49% owner.
If you are not having legal background, don't bid.. You might have lots of experience which I dont' care.
