Contract Reviewing

We are an IT company based in Dubai. Most of our customers provide MSA, NDA, SOWs in their own templates. Since we don't have the expertise in interpreting it and identify the risks, we need somebody to review it and make us understand the risk & rewards. These contracts will be keep on coming as we add our customer base. We also have our own template of NDA, MSA, SOW & PO terms & conditions which need to be reviewed and make necessary changes so that we are secured. Please get me the rate you will be charging for per contract review & suggestion. Only people with expertise on contracts of software companies will be considered.
