Contract Attorney Needed for Document Review
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
As part of my shipbroking business, I require the expertise of a seasoned Contract Attorney well-versed in English Law. The primary task involves reviewing a few documents used as contracts, specifically starting with the Buyer Fee Agreement, and providing suggestions for verbiage that enhances clarity and offers ironclad protection in a Court of Law. We may also tailor for American Law and /or Admiralty (all jurisdictions) as well
The specific documents needing review include, but may not be limited to:
1. Buyer Fee Agreement
2. NCNDA
3. We may have questions about the use of docusign or guidance to find similar platforms as solutions for online notarizing agreements if such options exist or suggested alternatives with similar Legal weight for the purpose of -
A. confirmation of the identity of the signers such as including a identity document
upload
B. acknowledgment that ensure that the signers are entering into the agreement
willingly and attestation that they are not under duress.
C. And acknowledgement by answering a yes or no verification to prove that the
signers understood the contents of the document (depending on cost)
The above are the primary engagement and No. 4 would carry on at a later date if needed.

Therefore, I am particularly concerned about certain clauses within the Buyer Fee Agreement, including Commission Fee, Payment Terms, Conditions, Termination, and disclosure obligations, Confidentiality, among others.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in English contract law
- Proven track record in reviewing and editing legal documents for clarity and compliance
- Expertise in shipbroking-related contracts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to provide cost-effective legal solutions.
