Contingency contract attorney needed to fight auto warranty claim denial

I purchased auto extended warranty. 2 years of monthly installment payment of $140.34 and i receive 5 years coverage. after 2 years of full payment (nov 2022), i file a claim a few weeks later and was denied even thought it was stated in the policy as covered. The claim was for display module to be replaced and Ox's contract state display AND module is covered. Now Ox is saying the part claimed is a "CONTROL" module and not a module they meant in the contract. In the eyes of the law, if the contract did not specify what module, then they should cover all types of module pertaining to the display. Calvin (customer service manager) said that they have paid over $2000 on my claims the past 2 years and i paid my premium of $4600. This module replacement will cost them $6600. it took them 3 weeks to escalate things back and forth looking for a reason to deny. it just shows me that they will lose money approving the claim and find ways to deny it. The company is in Irvine California and i live in Houston Texas where i file the claim from. Looking for a contingent attorney to sue OX for $6600 plus attorney and court fees.
