I am in need of a consumer solicitor who can provide expert advice and assistance with online commercial auctions.
Situation is….i placed a bid on a commercial online auction site, initial bid didn’t meet the reserve, seller lowered the reserve but I had already bought another vehicle.
Auction site are now saying I need to pay up as I’m liable for the full sale price plus fees, and they are drafting the court paperwork now.
