Consumer Court Complaints Filing Assistance

Description:
We are looking for a legally experienced freelancer who can assist with filing consumer complaints in Tamilnadu district, or state consumer forums. The scope of work includes:

Drafting consumer complaints, legal notices, and affidavits
Filing complaints online through the e-jagriti.gov.in and offline, as required
Preparing supporting documentation (invoices, communications, evidence)
Guiding us through procedural steps including court fee payment
Providing assistance on responding to replies, notices, or hearings

Requirements:

Knowledge of Consumer Protection Act and court filing procedures
Previous experience in handling consumer court documentation
Good drafting skills (English and Tamil)
Should be able to guide or support remotely (online filing preferred)

This will be an on-demand task-based role. Long-term engagement is possible based on reliability and performance.

Location preference: Remote (candidates familiar with Tamil Nadu court process preferred)
