Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I wish to get a paralegal to draw me up a simple consent order for my pending divorce, provisional Dec 6th, Final Jan 18th 2023.
We have agreed on a lump sum I shall be paid in 2023 following the sale of my wife's mothers property which she is part owner of.
We are both making our own provision re pensions and there are no other assets to divide. We are working to a limited budget but happy to discuss.
