NJ Condo Litigation Representation
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I’m currently handling a lawsuit against my condominium association in New Jersey on a pro-se basis, but the matter has reached a point where I need licensed counsel to step in and take over. The case centers on disputed fees and assessments, and an upcoming motion hearing is already on the court’s calendar. I’m looking for an attorney admitted in New Jersey who can promptly enter an appearance, review the existing pleadings, and advocate on my behalf at that hearing.
Timing is critical: once you’re retained, I will forward the docket number, prior filings, and all correspondence so you can evaluate the arguments and craft any necessary opposition or supporting brief. Experience with condo or HOA litigation—and comfort challenging association fee calculations—will be invaluable.
Deliverables
1. File a notice of appearance with the court.
2. Analyze current record, including the association’s motion and my prior submissions.
3. Prepare and submit any required papers before the hearing deadline.
4. Represent me at the motion hearing and advise on next procedural steps.
If you have relevant trial-court experience and can meet near-term filing dates, please reach out with your credentials and a brief outline of how you would proceed.
