Comprehensive Equine Farm Sitting Contract

I am seeking a professional to create a comprehensive legal contract for my farm sitting business. This agreement will clearly outline the services offered and corresponding responsibilities, to protect both my business and our clients.

Our Company's Specific Services include:
- Feeding and watering animals
- Cleaning stalls and pens
- Administering medication to animals
- Turning horses in and out of the barn

The specific responsibilities for turning horses in and out of the barn are:
- Opening and closing gates
- Leading horses to and from pasture
- Checking for any injuries or lameness

Would like to address additional service charges should an animal need to be taken to the vet for care.

The contract should also address the provision of services on an "as needed" basis.

Ideal skills for this project include a strong background in business law, experience with contracts specific to animal care or farm sitting services, and excellent attention to detail.
