The key responsibilities will revolve around ensuring that my business in the textiles and sanitary pads industry complies with various standards and regulations, including ISO 9001:2015, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, FDA regulations for sanitary pads, and BIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and guarantee compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, FDA regulations for sanitary pads, and BIS
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance program
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in legal and regulatory compliance, particularly in the textile industry
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, and FDA regulations for sanitary pads
- Strong understanding of Indian compliance regulations, include BIS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as the position will require working with various teams.
