Claim to repay tuition fee and related compensation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a legal services agreement from a UK solicitors for litigation against University in the UK.
My problem is that I am dissatisfied with the final decision of OIA & the Completion of Procedures Letter because the University not gives me the approved time to complete the dissertation especially to start the survey earlier.
To sum up, the university has broken the regulations and acts (Contract) by not give me equal time.
So, I need the legal service agreement to write and submit a claims to repay back dissertation fee, interest amount (five years), and related compensations.
Notes:
- The legal service fees will be (Fixed fees for claim to repay tuition fees with interest + 20% from other compensation) won and received.
- Also, any Government fees are excluded from legal service fee. So, I will paid it from my own side.
