Civil construction (subdivision) contract under Australian Law (Queensland)

Looking to put together construction project contracts, with this first one focusing on civil works for land subdivision. Contract should cover the compliance requirements for suitable subcontractors, including licensing requirements. Please do NOT bid if you are not closely familiar with the requirements for these types of works. Contract should reference a scope of works to be included later, so the contract can be reused for different project needs.
