Seeking an experienced legal professional to assist with crafting an appellate brief in WA state division 2 appeals court related to a summary judgement of a family/civil law case. The main issue at stake involves questioning the effectiveness of legal counsel during the initial trial.
Key Details:
- The case has progressed to an appeal hearing, with a stay of judgement hearing also on the horizon. The appeal brief is due in approx. 45 days
- Assistance is specifically needed in drafting a compelling appellate brief to argue the case, to insert appropriate legal precedent and to format correctly for submission
-We have written an introduction and what we believe to be the Assignments of Error and Issues on Appeal, but would like these reviewed/edited.
