Change Shareholders for Philippine company

We have a sale of shares in a Philippines based company, so I need a lawyer to process the changes with the regulatory authorities. Currently we have 8 shareholders going to 6 and 1 change of Board directors (1 leaving 1 new/incoming) so we need our GIS updated. Looking for more ongoing involvement if happy with service
