Challenge Federal Case Dismissal

My federal civil action was dismissed, and the judge expressly stated I could not amend the complaint. I now want to take the matter up on appeal. To do that effectively I need a licensed attorney—no unlicensed representatives—who focuses on federal appellate practice and is comfortable taking a matter all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if the issues warrant it.
