We are being sued by the FTC in the Federal 9th District Court in AZ (as of 1/13/2020) and need case law research leading to written references regarding
1) precedent for "Motion to Reconsider" of a "Motion of Summary Judgment" in prior FTC cases (preferably Federal and 9th District)
