We're looking for a licensed Canadian Trademark Agent for a long-term freelance partnership.
Our team typically drafts the responses for our Canadian trademark matters. Your role is to review and edit these drafts, then act as our official agent to file them with CIPO.
You Are:
- A licensed Canadian Trademark Agent in good standing (REQUIRED).
- A great collaborator—organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable reviewing drafts and providing feedback.
This is a collaborative, remote role with a steady stream of work. All tasks are paid on a flat-fee-per-task basis, set in advance.
