I reside in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I am interested in filing a Trademark with USPTO.
After attempting to register for one at USPTO website, I got the following message:
"Foreign-domiciled owners/holders must have a U.S.-licensed attorney represent them before the USPTO in any application- or registration-related filing"
Please forward me the details about your process, cost. My goal is to sell pet products on Amazon. I have the name of trademark I would like and can provide you all necessary application information. If you can also a separate/combined quote for filing in Canada that is even better.
