We are in need of an independent lawyer who is licensed to practice in California and has a solid track record in debt collection. You will represent my interests in collecting debts from small businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all legal aspects of collections
- Negotiate settlements on my behalf
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in debt collection
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Experience working with small businesses
- Strong negotiation skills
Compensation:
Earn an hourly and possibly a negotiated percent of collected amounts. Total AR exceeds $1M.
