I need a consultation about, a budget dispute.
I was allocated an amount for 3 months subcontraction project, the client then caused a 4-month delay and there were als delays due to materials being held because of Covid19 lockdown. the company that contracted me is still expecting me to go back to the site, they didn't do a budget review.
I need advice on the steps that I can take to get compensated for the delays and also help with making new contracts so that the project can be accomplished on time.
