Business expert with US LLC filing, T&C, operations agreements and consultation experience

Need some help with a business we are trying to build. We are very much new to this hence someone who can answer most questions relating to establishing a business in the US. Also need help developing an operating agreement, business terms and conditions, LLC and other possible things we may have missed out on.
