• Banking & Financial Setup: Streamlined corporate account establishment with Saudi financial institutions, including guidance on Sharia-compliant banking solutions.
• Import/Export Compliance: Advisory on Saudi Customs Authority requirements, customs clearance, and international trade licensing for cross-border operations.
• Cultural & Sharia Compliance: Localization of legal documents, contracts, and operational frameworks to align with Islamic commercial law and Saudi cultural norms.
• Intellectual Property Safeguards: Preliminary trademark searches in Saudi Arabia and strategic registration pathways via the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) for one Class.
