• Ongoing representation in settlement talks, mediation or—if required—full High Court proceedings in London.
All work must adhere to the Civil Procedure Rules and the Pre-Action Protocol for Professional Negligence / Fraud as appropriate. Remote collaboration is fine for document work, but court hearings and conferences will be in London, so local availability is essential.
