Hi I have a chapter 15 case, from the UK, trying to get me here. I tried to file a motion of continuance the other day but it was denied because the other side had already filed a motion to file an order without a hearing because I had not responded by 6th Oct but I didnt even know anything about it until 2 weeks ago. I need help to file either a motion to vacate or motion of reconsideration.
