U.S. Authorized Signatory Needed
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need a U.S.-based professional who can act as my Authorized Representative / Limited Authorized Officer solely for the purpose of signing documents tied to a new payment-gateway setup.
Scope of work
• Review and execute the required signature pages for payment-gateway applications (currently PaymentNerds and PaymentCloudInc).
• Ensure the name, title, and any notarial details appear exactly as the processors specify.
• Return scanned copies immediately and mail originals if the gateways request hard copies.
Key points
• No ongoing management or regulatory liaison is required—this is a one-time signature assignment.
• You must already reside in the United States and be legally able to appear as an authorized signatory. Proof of identity and address will be requested before we proceed.
• Familiarity with merchant account or payment-processor paperwork is a plus; clarity and prompt turnaround are essential.

A complete, correctly signed set of documents for each gateway, accepted by PaymentNerds and PaymentCloudInc.
